Mira is a self-help app designed for individuals dealing with trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The app offers various features to assist users in managing trauma symptoms, including grounding exercises, trigger and symptom tracking, progress analytics, emergency hotlines, and additional resources.

The creation of Mira stemmed from observing the significant impact of trauma and PTSD on our community, prompting the development of a self-management tool to provide ongoing support to those in need.

Collaborating with mental health professionals and individuals with PTSD, Mira was developed as a comprehensive tool catering to anyone experiencing trauma. PTSD and trauma can affect a wide range of individuals, including military veterans, survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, childhood neglect, gun violence, natural disasters, and more.

Mira serves as a dedicated ally accompanying users through their healing journey by offering:

<li> Grounding exercises incorporating coping techniques that engage senses and connect users with the present moment</li>
<li>Daily trigger and symptom tracking based on established questionnaires such as the PCL-5 or PTSD symptom checklist</li>
<li>Journaling tools for documenting symptoms, crises, and thoughts</li>
<li>Educational resources to enhance understanding of trauma symptoms</li>
</ul>

Subscription Pricing and Terms
Following the complimentary 14-day trial, Mira offers the following auto-renewing subscription options:

<li>$95.99 annually</li>
<li>'Get 1, Give 1' subscription at $24.99/month: support someone in need while benefiting from your own Mira Plus subscription</li>
</ul>

If you choose not to commit to a monthly or annual subscription post-trial, you will still retain free access to select features like four grounding exercises, the journal function, and the resources module.

At Mira, we recognize that not everyone can afford the essential tools to manage trauma symptoms. Hence, we offer Mira Plus: "Get 1, Give 1" where $24.99 per month provides you with a subscription while helping someone in need.

Your Mira subscription will automatically renew unless disabled in your account settings. Subscription management and auto-renewal preferences can be adjusted through your iPhone's Settings app. Should you subscribe before the trial concludes, the remaining trial period will be forfeited upon confirmation of your purchase.
